They are two layers. The first layer we see is 100% cotton. The inside layer closer to the food is a PUL food grade cloth. PUL is waterproof and is free is free of harmful chemicals (including lead, phthalates, and BPA).

Use the cord lock to secure your dish. Do not microwave or use in oven. Machine wash with like colors. Tumble dry low heat. Wash before using. Wipe down or wash in machine after use.
